December 16th 2019 was the grand opening of Disney World's new Vacation Club resort- The Riviera.
This is a beautiful all Disney Vacation Club resort based on a French city by the riverside. The lawn includes a bocci court and giant chess board.
The lobby area includes upscale decor alongside French movie posters and old photographs of Walt Disney.
Here is a panoramic view of the lobby-
including a beautiful tree for the holidays. In the back you can spot a cafe perfect for sitting with your laptop, or taking a coffee on the go.
I made reservations for the fine dinning location- Topolino's Terrace.
Topolino is Italian for mouse!
The restaurant had a beautiful balcony, a selection of wines and house made fresh pastas.
Although expensive, this dinner is worth going for a special occasion like an anniversary. It is a romantic spot with excellent service.
If you prefer a quicker and cheaper dining experience, Primo Piatto has an amazing selection of quick service meals, that are just as high quality.
The Riviera is a must see. If you're not Disney Vacation Club try getting around to at least the quick service location! You can access The Riviera via the Skyliner.
